Larkwood of Lemon Tree Bed & Breakfast is situated 40 minutes north of Newcastle on the Tilligerry Peninsula. Surrounded by water and only 5 minutes in any direction to the tranquil waters of Port Stephens. Nelson Bay is only a 25 minutes drive away. We are also the closest accommodation to Newcastle Airport at Williamtown, a 20 minute drive.
Lemon Tree Passage is a quiet & peaceful place with a lovely marina and a village like atmosphere.
While staying with us , why not just relax by the pool, enjoy sitting in the sun with a good book, or go for one of the lovely bush walks that we have in the area. We are only a 5 minute walk from the water with access from our property via a bushwalk and boardwalk, down to the water. If you feel like being more energetic there is a lovely 5 klm walk along the foreshore to the marina.
The Tilligerry Peninsula has it's own 18 hole golf course and visitors are most welcome. There is also an RSL club and a Bowling club. Other sporting attractions include Tennis, fishing, boating, swimming & kayaking
